I'm actually starting to do this thing

Hello, everyone out there on the internet.
In December, I came to the realization that I have not been properly dedicating myself to Yin yoga. As such, I have purposefully started making my way back to the mat.
I blocked out my work life so that now 60% of it is spent on my money earning job, while the rest is spent on yoga. I found all of my books and have begun re-reading them. I also logged into the certifying program that I earned my 200-hour through. I finished the 20-hour Yin course. Yoga Renew has also added a ton of free webinars for their students and I have started making my way through them. They are fantastic.
I did finish a 20-hour restorative yoga class, but I didn't feel like it was comprehensive enough, so I am scouring the internet to find new resources that I can read so that I feel comfortable teaching it.
I am in the process of writing out a bunch of classes, fully scripted because I do not feel comfortable off-script right now. Once I have some, I will be recording them, as well as some guided meditations, to release as "podcasts" that anyone can listen to anywhere that is convenient.
The scariest thing, for me, that I have done is start a YouTube channel and actually record myself for tutorials. I have uploaded 4 tutorials so far; one has released live. Once I've recorded the podcast audio, I will also video record myself doing the classes so that those can go up on YouTube. This, for me, is terrifying.

I am properly using my social media accounts now, as well, with some inspo stuff and whatnot.
When I have more, I will be back here.
Until then, go out and be the light you want to see in the world,
Kris
