Just a reminder of Who I am and What I do

Wanderlust Yoga has been a big part of my focus for the last six months. I finally started recording videos for YouTube and meditation podcasts. It's kind of crazy how much work goes into getting a 5-10-minute video/podcast ready up and going. Most people think that if it is a 5-minute video it takes about 7 minutes to record it and have it done. That simply isn't true.


Today, I scheduled a 3-minute meditation podcast. It took approximately 7 minutes to record it, 20 minutes to edit it, then almost an hour to set up all of the postings that go with it: to the podcast hosting site, promo images, scheduled posts to all of the social media accounts, and I choose to also make YouTube videos to go with them, one with captions and one without. So that 3-minute clip actually took me about an hour and a half to complete, and I've gotten much better at doing it than I used to be, so I've cut the amount of time it takes down, a lot.


Not really Wanderlust Yoga related, but fitness related, I have signed up for the virtual Bimbo 5k again this year. It is something that I look forward to every year. It is a nice tradition, and they help feed people. Win-Win!
